On behalf of the Butler Family we send our deepest condolences and prayers Eddie was a staple in the community and a personal friend to our family Eddie was neighborhood watch, clean-up, news, security, uncle you name it He was that guy he'll definitely be missed.
God 's gift to us. To many of our loved ones , as well as the children growing up in the community, Mr. Eddie was like a big brother, a friend, and a father figure . He will long be remembered for his unconditional love. His wisdom, his stewardship, and his generous heart .
“Heeeeey young man!” My uncle would greet me at every function. A simultaneously exciting yet calming presence. An absolute legend in the family, consistent and unwavering in his commitment to his family regardless to where we were on life’s journey.
No longer with us in this physical form, but forever with us in legacy and lessons.
Take your rest Uncle Eddie, job well done.

Family is important. Plan God willing come home . Miss you all
My deepest condolences to the family . Eddie will be greatly missed by many. I know we are all thinking of the days shared through our years .

Mr. Eddie walked the neighborhood on Adams and Homan with a Big smile always asking everybody How you doing…You will be missed sir🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

As no one is prepared for death, we all must leave. Uncle, job well done God said you can come on in. The walks and talks daily shall always be a memory within everyone. In my uncle voice “Alright now Y’all” he never misssd a morning, noon, or night making sure he greeted you with his presence and checking in on you. I’ll always remember him lifting my spirits on how much of a great job I’ve done helping with the girls and the continuing asking about my brother Joe when he moved to Kenosha. Uncle you’ll be missed by a community, you’ve embraced and touched the hearts of us all. Job well done, now rest from your labor.
